Amel's goal has always been to engineer the yacht, including the components and systems, logically, simply, and straightforwardly. This makes maintaining an Amel a joy rather than a chore. Your neighbors at anchor will be sweating while repairing many failures; while aboard your Amel, you and your sailing partner enjoy the surroundings and a beautiful sunset. However, any yacht completely equipped with the best systems can be a challenge to understand, maintain, and repair...especially in unfamiliar places. I believe having your personal consultant available to Support you 24/7 is, at least, comforting and, in some cases, "priceless." I also offer Unlimited 24/7 Support with ZOOM as a $250/year upgrade from regular 24/7 Support. The two-way video interaction to solve issues is especially good for those who are new to Amel, and it is only available from Amel Owners Yacht School. Included is direct communication with 3rd parties, which helps you solve issues efficiently.

Refit Support for owners of an Amel that I performed a Pre-Purchase Review.
This is a special kind of support where a significant amount of my involvement is required during the Refit Process. Refit Support is unlimited, including ZOOM, and voice/video meetings, including 3rd parties such as contractors involved in the refit. Refit Support includes the Online Amel Book. Commit to 12 months and save $400. If you choose 12 months of Refit Support and the Refit is completed before the expiration of the term, the remaining term will be doubled and converted into regular 24/7 support.

Note: 24/7 Support Annual support is not available for Amels made before 1988 because, with few exceptions that I have seen, Amels older than 1988 have been modified by their multiple owners, and it is impossible for me to know what has been done. Also, 1988 was a year of big changes for Amel. Amel owners of Amels produced before 1988 can seek my support through Single Incident Support by the hour, but not all requests will be accepted. It will depend on the request and the extent of modifications from the original design.
