  • 10% discount on "hauling out" charges all the year with the exception of April and May (normal rate)
  • 20% discount if the "hauling out" charges when done after the 15th of June (and before the 15th of September)
  • (new effective 30 May 2019) 30% on Ground Rent during the period of  15th June to 15th September 2019
  • Normal rate from 1st of April to 31st of May.
